Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.
- You will receive a notification with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Daily Delivery Routes
- Our delivery routes depart daily at 1:00 PM to ensure efficient service and maximize deliveries per hour.
- We do not guarantee or schedule exclusive delivery times. Deliveries are subject to availability on the day.
- Floral subscriptions will be delivered on the previously agreed-upon day.
Delivery Areas
- We currently deliver to
San Juan, Carolina, Guaynabo, Trujillo Alto, Caguas, Bayamón, Cataño, Toa Baja y Dorado.
- For deliveries outside these areas, please contact us before placing your order.
Shipping Delays
- Deliveries may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, high demand, or local restrictions.
- If your order is significantly delayed, we will reach out to provide an update.
In-Store Pickup
- If you prefer to pick up your order, select the "In-Store Pickup" option at checkout.
- We will notify you when your order is ready for pick up. Same day orders available if ordered by 1.pm ( if its a floral emergency please call, we get it)
